Channel Source Direct’s President, Stan Odachowski was Director of TeleWeb Sales Operations at SAP and – previously – Director of Telesales at Unisys, where he headed tele-channel sales operations in the U.S. and overseas. This included the development, deployment and integration of multiple channels in the TeleWeb coverage model, as well as effective use of client reps, product specialists, business partners, telesales, tele-coverage and multiple e-business models. Under his direction, these programs established a reputation for outstanding performance and strong revenue growth.
Stan has also held Senior Vice President and General Manager titles at companies such as Telespectrum Worldwide, Impco Direct Response Marketing and Goldome Bank.
Jeff founded Channel Source Direct with the mission of providing a higher-level sales call to deal with the complex selling environment of the technology vertical. Under his guidance, Channel Source Direct has matured from a strategic vision to an industry leader, driving successful sales results to numerous Fortune 500 companies.
Jeff has more than 15 years of solution selling experience, including work with companies such as Upgrade Corporation of America, Grant Thornton and Interaccess Software. In each of these positions, he has been on the leading edge of sales performance and results.
As a co-founder of the company, Holly has defined Channel Source Direct’s human resources vision, focusing on recruiting and retaining educated, experienced tele-specialists. Her expertise in human resource management has shaped our operational principles and workplace culture.
Holly’s background includes leadership roles in career counseling, employee relations, training and development, as well labor relations, diversity training and regulatory compliance. Prior to CSD, she headed the HR department for the Radisson hotel in Niagara Falls, NY, overseeing hiring, discipline and regulatory matters pertaining to the company’s 450 employees.
