Tele-specialist Tele-specialists are responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for our clients' sales channels, primarily in a business-to-business environment. The tele-specialist provides rapid and proactive follow-up of inbound inquiries, prospective account development activities, cold calling, and the execution of integrated, state-of-the-art lead generation campaigns.
Team Lead The Team Lead functions as the knowledge champion for his or her designated campaign. This position contributes toward the overall success of the campaign regarding communication, training and performance. Additionally, Team Leads are responsible for operational campaign concerns regarding the integrity of campaign queues, system functionality, detection and resolution of issues.
Project Manager Project Managers are responsible for implementation of new and ongoing client programs. This position owns major responsibility for driving performance of these campaigns through strategic and creative performance initiatives to achieve and exceed the goals defined by the client. Project Managers track client projects and work with the tele-specialists to ensure work is performed on schedule and according to client expectations. This position works with the Account Manager to proactively solve client business challenges.
Account Manager The Account Manager functions as the principal point of contact for his or her assigned clients, and is responsible for client retention and growth within the account portfolio. This person ensures that all stakeholders (I/T, project management and others) have implemented all parts of the program in a timely manner and in adherence with the performance requirements. The position also fulfills reporting and analysis functions, as well as developing new business from within current client accounts.
